However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

 

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Online Course Access

Online courses are available for you to access for 12 months from the date of purchase.  

 

EcoLogic Energy Advisors' courses are administered online. Once you purchase a course you will be directed to your course home page on the Course Management System.

 

These rights granted to you to access our Course Management System and courses are personal to you, and non-transferrable. The access credentials provided are personal to you and must not be shared with others.

 

Online Course System Requirements

EcoLogic Energy Advisors' courses are best viewed on laptop or desktop. The newest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari is required. A high-speed Internet connection with a speed of 5+ Mbps is required.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties, Waiver, Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
EcoLogic Energy Advisor’s online courses are one of the training and development activities you may engage in to pass any exams to become an Energy Advisor.  EcoLogic Energy Advisors does not make any representations or warranties, or provide any guarantees, regarding your likelihood of passing any exams following your completion of the courses.

 

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our goods or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of our goods or services will be accurate or reliable.  You agree that from time to time we may remove the goods and services for indefinite periods of time or cancel our goods and services at any time, without notice to you.

Costs Not Included in the Course
The following costs are not included in the course:​

​

• Textbook for the Foundation Level Exam

• Natural Resources Canada exam costs

• The cost of a subscription to Sketchup (optional - not required to participate in the course). 

• Probationary energy audit costs (costs vary among service organizations)

Probationary Energy Audits Excluded

Probationary energy audits are not included in online courses. EcoLogic Energy Advisor's may, at its sole discretion, provide probationary energy audit services to select Ontario residents. The price charged for probationary energy audits is separate from and in addition to online courses.

 

Services Jurisdictions

EcoLogic Energy Advisors' online courses are available only to residents of Canada. The courses are not available for purchase to residents of Quebec, Canada.

Modification to Goods, Services and Prices

Prices for our goods and services are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our goods and services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our goods or services.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  There are no refunds.

 

Right to Refuse Goods and Services
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
